True Alliance Home Care incorporates what are commonly known as activities of daily living. Our team members are trained to create a personalized care plan for your loved one. True Alliance Home Care  provides families with:

 

PERSONAL CARE

• Mouth and Denture Care

• Shaving

• Finger and Toe Nail Care (No Cutting)

• Grooming Hair (Shampooing, Combing, Oiling)

• Bathing/Bed Bath (Shower or Tub/Partial or Complete)

• Assistance with Dressing

• Assistance with Toileting

• Medication Reminders (N0 Administering Medication)

• Assistance with Transfer or Repositioning

• Assistance with Ambulation

• Perform all other duties assigned

 

ATTENDANT CARE

• Cleans Kitchen (washing dishes, stove, and other appliances as needed)

• Ensures all areas used by enrollee are clean and in order

• Prepares Shopping List

• Laundry, light ironing, and storage of clothing

• Prepares/Serves Meals (excluding the cost of food)

• Sweeping, dusting, and mopping as needed

• Make/Change linen

• Perform all other duties assigned

 

IN-HOME RESPITE

• Toileting 

• Bathing

• Dressing

• Personal Hygiene

• Meal Preparation 

• Companionship
